Dave Cooper has been licensed to sell real estate in Florida since 1981 and worked in the business before that in New York City and San Juan Puerto Rico dating back to 1974.

Over those 30 years Dave has gained a comprehensive working knowledge of the real estate market, having sold both residential as well as commercial properties. When it comes to the single largest ticket item most people ever buy or sell, it’s nice to know your working with someone with the experience and skills needed to take you from contract to closing.

Dave has developed a solid network of resources to assist you in all of the related areas that come into play when you buy a home in South Florida, from mortgage & title contacts to inspection and even lawn & pool firms.

On the personal side Dave is an avid golfer (2 handicap), a member of Fort Lauderdale’s premier private club, the Coral Ridge Country Club where he also enjoys tennis (former club champion), and he's also the former Broward County Senior golf champion. Also say Dave has owned a home in Coral Ridge Country Club since 1986.

He is the proud father of three daughters’, Erica, Haley, Colleen. Dave grew up in upstate New York (near Syracuse), and moved to South Florida permanently in 1976 for the same reason most of us did, The Weather!
